Please see our returns policy if you accidently choose the wrong colour or size. We are always happy to help you get exactly what you need. Genevie cannot guarantee that the colours represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. You will rely solely on your own judgement in using the Website for purchasing products.

RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. You can find the return address under genevie.com.au/contact.

All products remain Genevie's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
