Standard delivery times is one week.
If an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Once your package is shipped you will receive a notification email and tracking number. All bought items are sent through registered post. Delivery time frames supplied by Genevie are a best estimate only and Genevie will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery. We advise that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes.
We can happily send orders all over the world! Genevie aims to deliver international orders within two weeks. Orders placed on this website will be shipped internationally using Australia Post Services. We provide a tracking number once the goods have been dispatched. Costs for shipping internationally is calculated at the time of checkout.
